mostly, i like a lot of pop-music, but my favorites are: le tigre, the pogues, pet shop boys, peter doherty, duran duran, the cure, and, of course, ace of base.

My favorite composers:

a good russian. i love prokofiev.

The instrument(s) I play (or played, as a kid):

well, i have never been known for my beautiful singing voice. that being said, i liked to sing and still do, but in the privacy of my home.

My favorite concert of all time:

i've been to lots of shows and concerts. my favorite san francisco symphony concert was watching ilya yakushev pound the sh*t out of the keys during the prokofiev festival. i also quite liked watching/hearing louis lortie play totentanz.

What I’d like people on this social network to know about me:

i might not always have profound things to say, but i do always try to listen. there is a lot of value in hearing someone speak music or play music.
